The Information You Need
CAN I CHANGE PLANS AT ANY TIME?
You are able to change your plan and these changes will be implemented in the following month's order. For example, if you subscribed to our Small Board Games and requested to switch to our Large Board Games level in January, you would be charged for the Large Board Game level and receive the large board game in February.
CAN I PURCHASE ACCESS TO THE CLUB FOR SOMEONE ELSE?
Purchasing a plan for someone else (i.e. grandchildren, nieces, nephews, etc.)?
No problem, just make sure the shipping address is correct during checkout.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A GAME I ALREADY OWN?
When you sign up for our service, you will submit a list of games you currently own so we will make sure you won't receive a duplicate. However, if you receive a game that you already own or do not want, follow our Return Policy and contact us at perfectlypickedgames@gmail.com.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Our goal is for you to be fully satisfied with your Perfectly Picked experience. If you are dissatisfied with one of our games for any reason, please contact us at perfectlypickedgames@gmail.com within 7 days of the day you received the game, and provided that you ship back the game to us in unused condition within 7 days, in its original packaging, we will either replace the game at our expense or, depending on the circumstances, provide you a full refund for that game.
